The Intellectual Property Academy of Shandong Province (IPASD) is an independent intellectual property research and education institute which was approved by the Intellectual Property Office of Shandong Province and based at Yantai University.

The object of IPASD is to integrate the leading intellectual property experts in the fields of law, economics, management, science and engineering, and establish a high-class platform for intellectual property research, education and academic exchanges.
